If you wish to take the backup of mysql database, you can take it using your cpanel. Here are the steps to be performed to take the backup:

 1. Login to the cpanel

 2. Go to Files >> Backups

 3. Under the "Partial Backups" section, you will find "Download a MySQL Database Backup" and the database name below that.

 4. Click on that database name and you will be able to download the backup of the mysql database.
